Ahh, i'm neglecting this blog!
Here's what hath happened since my demise:
I disbanded from Jackie and Emma.
I picked up a new crush and dropped him again.
I went to a bat mitzvah and started a new story.
I have discovered an old enemy hates me. STILL.
Aaaand I have also discovered Emma hates me.
And that Jackie hates Emma.
AND MY LIFE IS INSANELY COMPLICATED.
At least puppies help. Yes. Puppies help my complicated world. I love puppies.

It's been positively FOREVER since I posted last, but since I did, school hath begun! It's pretty normal, as far as the first couple weeks of school can be, but all of my teachers are nice except my Health teacher. Who I want to strangle. He says that if "you don't have personal technology, you don't have a choice" and talks about eating a healthy diet while rubbing his own potbelly.
Emma has a crush on the most popular boy at school now, who she doesn't have any chance with, ever. Macey* (old friend from 3rd grade, her new fake name) has a crush on three different people. Her neighbor, her boyfriend, and a new kid who I also kinda think is cute.
I finished three islands on Poptropica for the first time. I finished a couple for the second/third time. I still have Social Studies homework to do. Eh. I'll get back ;)

The next day after I admit to my crush on John... comes along Ben*.
Sigh.
We're having an end-of-summer party today, and Jackie and *I'm losing track of my fake names...* my other friend are coming with their family. It's going to be fun. I'm all jazzled up for the occasion xD With sparkles, of course.
Emma hasn't posted on her blog in WEEKS. I've got to remind her of the COMMITMENT!
Idk.
Have a nice day.

Today I hung with the sporty-popular boys (and one girl...). We fought over a volleyball, but before that (and that was the best part) we were playing this catch-volleyball-four square hybrid that was super fun. I played that with the girl (Madelyn*) and another boy who I kinda have a crush on (don't freak out, Emma and Jackie, I just realized it today), John*. Then 3 other boys came in and we played some intense colleysquare (xD). Then John had to leave, and everything went downhill from there.
See ya tomorrow!

LISTS!
Ok, this just came to me and I have to have to HAVE TO write it down xD
These are lists of my favorite things, media-wise.
Movies:
1. "Megamind"
It's a kids' movie. So what? I freaking love it
2. "Titanic"
I'm a romantic.
3. "Legally Blonde"
Proud to be blonde :)
4. "Katy Perry: Part Of Me"
I must make my anti-Katy Perry mother see this movie and convince her that Katy Perry DOES have brains and real talent.
5. "Ice Age 3"
Once again, a kids' movie, but this one is HILARIOUS.
Books:
1. "Divergent" by Veronica Roth
If you like the Hunger Games, Uglies, Matched, and all of those other dystopian books you'll love this one, but it's unique because there a) is no love triangle and b) the MC is against the rebellion.
2. "House of the Scorpion" by Nancy Farmer
This one involves some thinking, and even though it was a required read in my case, it's a great book. Also futuristic-dystopian-ish, but not in the same way that the aforementioned books are.
3. "Uglies" by Scott Westerfeld
Stereotypically dystopian, but still a great read. Also involves some thinking, but not as deep as #2.
4. "Art Geeks and Prom Queens" by Alyson Noel
Realistic fiction, but I still adore it :) I haven't quite finished it yet, but it's really good so far.
5. "The Red Pyramid" by Rick Riordan
I absolutely LOVE these books. They're humorous, but not too humorous on the backdrop of the possible end of the world. Fans of Egyptian mythology will eat it up. In my opinion, Riordan's best work.
If this list were to go on, it would include Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, Hunger Games, etc but they're not my ABSOLUTE favorites like these 5.
Songs
1. "Want U Back" by Cher Lloyd
I absolutely love the attitude of this song, so upbeat and energetic!
2. "I'm Just A Girl" by No Doubt
On the annual road trip, I listened to this song over...and over...and over again.
3. "Fearless" by Taylor Swift
There's just something about this song!
4. "Fireflies" by Owl City
I love the tune, feel, and lyricism of this song. This one's another uplifting one.
5. "E.T." by Katy Perry
Have you ever read the "I Am Number Four" books? Well, this is what I'd imagine Sarah singing to John.

So, you know how I mentioned I love to sing? Well, if I didn't I'm stupid. These are my top 5 best songs:
1. "Skye Boat Song" *does anyone know who this is by?*
Ok, I know the song is a strong statement of...well I forgot, but know that I'm not religious or anything like that. I sing this in the key of D Major.
2. "A-Team" by Ed Sheeran
I only know the first and second verses (and the chorus, duh) but this is definitely one of my best songs. I would post the recording I made of me singing it, but I don't know how to. Does anyone else have Magix Music Maker 16 and happen to know how to post songs on blogs? This is also in D Major (well, at least my version. The actual thing is in A Major).
3. "Hey Soul Sister" by Train
Once again, I only know limited proportions of this song but believe I sing it well. E Major.
4. "Butterfly" by ME!
I wrote this song, therefore I know all of it. If I get enough comments, I'll post it here. In G Major.
5. "Love Song" by Sara Bareilles
I know all of this song! XD It fits into my range almost perfectly, except I can go higher. F Major.
I'm not very good with minor keys, if you guessed.
Ciao!
